延安东路：1945年，国民政府收回*后把道路易名为中正东路，经过多年发展，成为现在的延安东路。延安东路本为黄浦江的一条支流洋泾浜

1849年*在上海县城与英*之间的狭长区域设立，洋泾浜亦成为英、*的界限。1915年填平洋泾浜，又并入了两岸原有的小马路松江路（北岸上海公共*）和孔子路（南岸上海*），成为全上海*宽阔的马路，经过两*协商，*后定名为爱多亚路(Avenue Edward Ⅶ)，名称源自英皇爱德华七世

 

In 1945, after the National Government took back the concession, it changed its name to Zhongzheng East Road. After years of development, it became the present Yan ‘an East Road.

本案小区为联排新式里弄，混合结构，6个门号，建筑面积1678平方米。每户双开间，具有装饰艺术风格，看上去是30-40年代建筑，已经改良了的纯中式石库门样，由木门改为更为具有金属贵族质感的铁门，视线往上，装饰艺术风格的石面外形，贵气十足仿佛回到了十九世纪末的欧洲。

With decorative art style, it looks like the architecture of 1930s-40s. The improved pure Chinese style Shikumen has been changed from wooden door to iron door with more noble metal texture. The line of sight is upward, and the decorative art style has a stone surface shape, which is very expensive and seems to return to Europe at the end of 19th century.
